*A Brief Scheduling Update from Ruggers Customs*

Hello, everyone! I have an important scheduling update to share. Due to an unexpected medical procedure next week, I will be unavailable for approximately 10–14 days. Thankfully, it is nothing life-threatening, but I will need some time to recover. During this period, I will work on existing orders whenever I am able, but Ruggers Customs will not accept new orders until September 25. Any consoles currently scheduled to be sent in will also need to be rescheduled for September 25 or later. Completed orders during this time will still be shipped out as usual.

Email responses will be limited to customers whose orders are already here and those whose scheduled send-in dates are affected. Someone I have designated may assist with these replies, so please don’t be concerned if an email arrives without my usual signature.

Social media posts will also pause briefly while I recover. The good news is that once this is behind me, everything should be back on track for the holiday season and the foreseeable future. Thank you all for your patience, understanding and continued support!

While I have your attention, I’d also like to address one important matter regarding privacy:

Please do not send friend requests or business-related messages to my personal Facebook profile or Discord account. These accounts are reserved for close friends, family, vendors, content creators and fellow engineers or technicians with whom I work with directly. Declining a friend request is never personal, but unfortunately, I have received several hostile emails after doing so. All customer and business communications should be sent through the official Ruggers Customs contact channels. I kindly ask everyone to respect that boundary.
